This website is operated by Gemmae & Co ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
Our range is fashion (costume) jewellery. We aim to describe and photograph each item accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Measurements are approximate. If a material is not listed on the product page, we make no claim about it.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We may change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. If a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if an error occurred. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
